Level 20 meeting with students of the University of Lodz

On Tuesday, the University of Lodz hosted a meeting organized by PSIK (the Polish Private Equity & Venture Capital Association) in cooperation with the Level 20, the group which deals in promoting women in the investment industry, intended for students interested in a career in private equity.

Agnieszka Pakulska and Izabela Ciąćka, both from #Avallon MBO, participated in the event during which they were talking about, inter alia, what is private equity and how the private equity industry operates, as well as how to plan a career in the investment market.

Level 20 is a non-profit organization founded by twelve women representing several different countries, all holding senior positions within private equity sector, and all united by a common vision – improving gender diversity in the industry. The goal of Level 20 is for women to account for 20 percent of employment in senior positions in private equity sector across the European countries. Agnieszka Pakulska, partner at Avallon MBO, has been involved in the activities of this organization for many years now.
